Melissa

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Melissa moved to Alaska in 2001, from the “Big Sky State”, to start a new chapter.  She’s been with All Creatures Veterinary Clinic since 2015.  Melissa has a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Cache, who thoroughly enjoys being the center of attention, he loves everyone especially kids! When she’s not working she enjoys camping, hiking, and being outdoors!  Fishing, hunting, and snowmachining are a few of her favorite outdoor activities!

Tracy

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Tracy joined All Creatures in 1993 and is a licensed veterinary technician.  Tracy thoroughly enjoys working with all aspects of veterinary technology and has found a special passion for dentistry, fostering the human-animal bond, and reproductive assistance.  Tracy also teaches veterinary assisting at the Mat-Su College.Tracy, originally from a dairy farm in New York, enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and two sons.  They love experiencing life in Alaska!  Tracy runs the Mt. Marathon race every year, is the president of the Bernese Mtn Dog Club of Alaska, and member of Big Lake Baptist Church.  Tracy enjoys raising, showing and drafting with her Bernese Mtn Dogs, which are also trained as Pet Partners Therapy Dogs and expert snugglers!

Albree

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Albree joined All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 2013 as an assistant. She fell in love with veterinary medicine and went back to school to pursue a degree as a veterinary technician. After working really hard, she received her license in 2019. When not at work she enjoys running agility with her three dogs, Sophia, Isabeau, and Woola. She also likes to write fantasy novels in her free time.

 

 

Christina

Veterinary Technician

Christina moved to Alaska in the spring of 2008 from Savannah, Georgia. Since moving here, she has fallen in love with Alaska! Christina loves going for runs with her sled dogs. Her kennel is 20 dogs strong with the dream of competing in the Yukon Quest or Iditarod some day. She started working at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 2011. Her favorite part of working at All Creatures is the great relationships with the staff and patients. She has been continuing her education to become a licensed veterinary technician.

Shana

Veterinary Technician

Shana was born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley.  She started working at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 2013 as a receptionist. After completing the Veterinary Assistant course at Mat-Su College, she started working as a Veterinary Assistant. Currently she is working towards becoming a licensed Veterinary Technician. Shana has always enjoyed interacting with animals. During her free time, she can be found outside hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, or reading.  Shana and her husband have three dogs, Acura, Daisy, and Riddick, and one cat, Dagda.

Aubree Dawn

Veterinary Assistant

Dawn joined All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 2018. She enjoys spending time outside with her dogs, Timber and Victor. Her hobbies include photography and hiking. She also has two naughty kittens, Casper and Weasley.

 

 

 

 

 

Steve

Veterinary Assistant

Steve started working at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 2021. He graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program through UAA. Steve enjoys learning how to work with the animals at the clinic.

 

 

 

 

 

Hadley

Veterinary Assistant

Hadley was born in Alaska and moved away when she was 6 years old. As a military kid she has lived in Texas, Germany, and Illinois. She came back to Alaska in 2013 and has lived here ever since. She has a mini goldendoodle named Dwight, who has a personality larger than himself. Hadley and her husband own a house in Wasilla and spend their time exploring Alaska, being actively involved in their church, and spending quality time with friends and family. Hadley is pursuing an Associate’s Degree in an Applied Science in Veterinary Technology through Penn Foster College. She is especially interested in anesthesia and dental procedures. Hadley does her best to ensure pets and clients feel safe, secure, and welcome. She thoroughly enjoys the client relationship aspect of this profession.
